Vegas Cuisine - Joe’s Seafood Prime Steak & Stone Crab

Las Vegas is well-known for its fine-dining options, but how do you choose from the hundreds of restaurants on the Strip? During my last trip, our friend recommended us to visit "Joe’s Seafood Prime Steak & Stone Crab" inside Caesars Palace. What is special about this joint? Not just one, but three killer must have items!
Must-Have #1 - Pre-meal Bread
It is common for many high-end restaurants to provide pre-meal bread for free; however, the bread at Joe’s Seafood Prime Steak & Stone Crab is to die for. Not only is the combination of bread colorful, the texture is extremely fresh. Not only do they keep the quality high, they also don't cheap out on the quantity!

Must-Have #2 - Stone Crab
Using the dish name as the restaurant name, it is bound to be amazing. The shells have already been pre-cracked so it is not a hassle to dig the meat out. We also learned of an interesting fact about the Stone Crab from our waiter. Stone Crabs have the ability to grow out their claws! Fishermen would capture them, remove one claw, and throw them back into the ocean, leaving one claw on for them to feed and protect themselves. The second claw would grow back within one year!

Must-Have #3 - Havana Dream Pie
After filling yourself with the amazing appetizers and main courses, I hope you have left space in your tummy for their delicious Havana Dream Pie! The fluffy cake topped with fresh cream will melt in your mouth as soon as you put it in.
