Mita Tsukemen at the B2 floor of Hankyu Mall next to the Taipei City Hall Station is an oversea branch from a popular chain restaurant in Tokyo. Having lived in Tokyo for 7 yrs before, I find the taste to be no different from the original in Japan. Highly recommended!
