Things to Beware of When Eating Out Part III

1. Low-fat is not always healthy. Yes, everyone is much more health conscious now, but do people really know what healthy-eating really means? Food that is advertised to be low-fat doesn't mean it is healthier. A food could contain low fat content, but be high in calories. In the end, after eating weeks of low fat food, you might have sacrificed all the food you love and still be as unhealthy as before.

2. Listen to the waiter's opinions carefully! First of all, not everything on a restaurant's menu is guaranteed to be delicious. If the chef specializes in making pasta, then don't expect their sandwich to be on par with the pasta. So, when you do decide to order something out of the ordinary, be sure to ask the waiters for their opinions. They usually won't use negative words, but if too much generic words are used, don't order it because it probably isn't their favorite dish!
